Clinical Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish clinical partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, and diabetes management teams
• Deliver personalized training to patients on the proper use and care of Omnipod products
• Oversee Certified Pod Trainers (CPTs) by providing product updates and acting as a clinical resource
• Use clinical expertise to promote the benefits of insulin pump therapy and drive product adoption
• Collaborate with territory partners to achieve shared sales goals and execute field activities
• Maintain and update data systems, such as Salesforce, to capture training metrics

Requirements

• Associate degree
• 2+ years of related clinical experience
• Professional credentials such as CDCES, RD, RN, or PharmD
• Relevant state licensure
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory by car

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience conducting clinical training or managing insulin pump patients
• Prior experience in a commercial role within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
