Clinical Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Promote the benefits of insulin pump therapy and the OmniPod Insulin Management System to providers and patients.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Care, and Managed Care teams to achieve commercial and clinical goals.
• Assist with sales events, including pump clinics, support groups, educational sessions, and community walks.
• Support top accounts and manage patient training assignments through Certified Pod Trainers (CPTs).
• Provide product demonstrations to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients.
• Oversee and mentor CPTs, serving as a primary clinical resource and providing product updates.
• Assist with product training for new sales and clinical hires.
• Perform administrative duties and provide field feedback to management regarding customer training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Professional credentials such as Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), Registered Dietitian (RD), or Registered Nurse (RN).
• Mandatory state licensure as required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to reside within the assigned geographic area.
• Ability to travel regularly by car within the region and perform occasional overnight travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience training or managing pump patients.
• Prior experience in the medical device or commercial industry.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Established credibility and contacts within the diabetes community.
• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM tools like Salesforce.
