Clinical Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support student wellness by conducting initial screenings and intake processes under the supervision of licensed staff
• Coordinate student appointments, referrals, and follow-up services
• Manage counseling center operations, including scheduling systems and office administration
• Maintain confidential student records in compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations
• Assist with the planning and implementation of campus-wide mental health awareness programs and workshops
• Support crisis response protocols and coordinate referrals under professional guidance
• Assist with data collection, assessment reporting, and service utilization tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Sociology, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic record management systems
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with high professionalism and discretion
• Demonstrated commitment to student wellbeing and service
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Willingness to work occasional evening and weekend hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in counseling support, case management, student affairs, or social services
• Experience working with diverse populations in a higher education setting
• Interest in pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW), Counseling, or a related graduate degree
