Clinical Scientific Associate

Responsibilities

• Implement commercial strategies in the field by communicating key product messages to target physicians and healthcare institutions.
• Manage territory and resources effectively to identify and capture growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), decision-makers, and treating physicians.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Medical teams to execute continuous medical education (CME) activities.
• Achieve annual sales targets and maintain an updated medical database.
• Report on the ROI of territory resources, including medical events, congresses, and grants.
• Ensure patient treatment adherence by enrolling patients in Patient Support Programs.
• Adhere to all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and road safety procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Nutrition, Chemical-Biological Sciences, or Medical fields preferred).
• Proven experience as a Medical Representative, ideally within Immunology or high-specialty lines.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and territory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and related pathologies.
• Ability to work onsite in Guadalajara.

Preferred Qualifications

• English language proficiency.
• Experience working with public and private healthcare institutions.
