Responsibilities
- Manage biological sample collection and ensure high-quality patient care
- Oversee branch resources including financial, human, and material assets
- Drive sales and productivity to meet and exceed established goals
- Guarantee operational excellence by monitoring branch functions and responsibilities
- Manage branch processes to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements
- Technical or professional degree in Clinical Laboratory, Nursing, QFB, QBP, or a related field (intern or graduate)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in patient care and biological sample collection
- Proficiency in using vacuum systems (Vacutainer)
