Clinical Sales Specialist Infection Prevention

Responsibilities

• Support existing customers and acquire new clients within the designated German territory
• Proactively manage and maintain customer relationships and sales records
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and clinical training sessions
• Execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Perform market and competitor analyses regarding modern medical applications
• Manage the full sales cycle from product introduction to contract negotiation and closing
• Provide clinical instruction to nursing staff on infection prevention solutions
• Represent the company at medical congresses and trade fairs
• Collaborate internally with Key Account, Marketing, and Health Economics departments

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales or as a pharmaceutical representative
• Clinical background, such as experience as an Operating Room (OR) nurse
• Strong sales and clinical expertise within an operating room environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• High level of flexibility and willingness to travel 80-90%
