Clinical Sales Specialist, EP

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians, EP Lab Staff, and sales representatives during case procedures.
• Visit existing and potential customers regularly to identify clinical needs and promote electrophysiology products to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with hospital personnel and key decision-makers.
• Serve as the primary resource for clinical support, including case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development for EP systems.
• Educate customers and internal employees on product merits and proper clinical usage through presentations and demonstrations.
• Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, EP technology, and the evolving business landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related medical field.
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience in medical devices (experience in EP, CRM, or cardio technologies is an advantage).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Familiarity with Vietnamese language is preferred.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
