Clinical Sales Specialist, Electrophysiology

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and sales support through education and procedure coverage for Abbott’s Stroke Prevention products, including Amplatzer and Amulet
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to ensure high-quality case coverage and optimal clinical outcomes for patients
• Serve as the primary resource for clinical support, including surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education
• Train interventional cardiologists, catheter lab staff, and ancillary personnel on the proper clinical usage of Structural Heart products
• Engage in clinical, procedural, and technical discussions to link data outcomes to key messaging
• Identify the clinical needs and goals of healthcare providers to provide creative and feasible solutions

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years of related cardiovascular work experience
• Ability to satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, including necessary vaccinations
• Willingness to travel in excess of 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences or medical training (e.g., RN, EMT, Perfusion)
• Strong clinical orientation with experience in interventional cardiology or cardiac surgery
• Familiarity with echocardiology and other indirect imaging modalities
