Clinical Sales Specialist, Dental

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, profitability, and market share for Henry Schein Products within the assigned territory (Minnesota, North Dakota, and Iowa).
• Conduct regular business reviews with Regional General Managers to identify category growth opportunities, specifically in Biomaterial and Endo products.
• Provide clinical expertise and product demonstrations to both private practices and Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) in person and virtually.
• Partner with Field Sales Consultants and DSO team members to implement sales plans and launch programs.
• Utilize CRM and analytics platforms to document, plan, and coordinate territory growth activities.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of increasing responsibility in a sales role.
• Ability to travel approximately 80% within the designated territory.
• Strong clinical product demonstration skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and other reporting/communication platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.
• Experience in the dental or medical device industry.
• Proven ability to manage both single-site and multi-site accounts.
