About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue, profitability, and market share for Henry Schein Products within the assigned territory
- Conduct regular business reviews with Regional General Managers to identify category growth opportunities
- Perform clinical product demonstrations both in-person and virtually for private practices and DSOs
- Provide clinical subject matter expertise to customers and internal Field Sales Consultant teams
- Partner with internal resources to develop selling materials and implement launch programs for DSO accounts
- Utilize CRM and analytics platforms to document, plan, and coordinate territory growth activities
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of increasing responsibility in a sales role
- Ability to travel approximately 80% within the designated territory
- Strong clinical product demonstration and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM, analytics, and reporting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
