About the role
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with skilled nursing facility administrators, directors of nursing, and regional leaders
- Use nursing background to discuss wound care outcomes, treatment protocols, and clinical/financial value
- Identify and prioritize high-potential skilled nursing facilities in the region
- Nurture long-term relationships with SNF partners through clinical credibility
- Collaborate with the physician team to ensure smooth transitions for new partnerships
- Work toward clearly defined performance goals
Requirements
- Active or former RN, LPN, or wound care nurse
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing
- Familiarity with wound assessment and treatment protocols
- Willingness to travel within the region 4 to 5 days per week
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills

- Salary between $90,000 and $130,000 depending on experience
