Clinical Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with skilled nursing facility administrators, directors of nursing, and regional leaders
• Use nursing background to discuss wound care outcomes, treatment protocols, and clinical/financial value
• Identify and prioritize high-potential skilled nursing facilities for outreach
• Nurture long-term relationships with SNF partners through clinical credibility
• Collaborate with the physician team to ensure smooth transitions for new partnerships
• Work toward clearly defined performance goals

Requirements

• Active or former RN, LPN, or wound care nurse
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings
• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing
• Familiarity with wound assessment and treatment protocols
• Willingness to travel within the region 4 to 5 days per week
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
