Clinical Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System within the assigned territory
• Become a subject matter expert in da Vinci® surgery across primary surgical specialties to support robotics programs
• Train and develop OR staff in pre-, intra-, and postoperative system management
• Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals and drive sales of instruments and accessories
• Work with surgical teams to select appropriate procedure applications and ensure independent system use
• Expand the user base by developing a qualified lead funnel through engagement with hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders
• Manage administrative tasks including sales/procedure reporting and expense submissions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 6-10 years of sales experience within the medical device industry
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
• Proven ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading surgical teams through technical training sessions
• Ability to provide clinical guidance and insight regarding system operations and OR integration
