Clinical Robot Associate

Responsibilities

• Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in a hospital environment
• Collect data and troubleshoot real-world situations while providing detailed feedback to engineers
• Prioritize the customer experience, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
• Communicate with hospital staff and occasionally the public regarding robot operation

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED
• Customer-service oriented with de-escalation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-sufficient with ability to make quick decisions independently
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Able to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to complete vendor credentialing including immunizations, background check, and drug screen
