About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day clinical study activities, including participant recruitment, eligibility screening, informed consent, and visit scheduling
- Maintain accurate study documentation and data entry into case report forms and study databases in compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines
- Oversee the collection, processing, and tracking of research samples according to protocol requirements
- Support investigators and clinical fellows with data collection, report preparation, and project coordination
- Prepare and maintain regulatory documents, including ethics submissions, amendments, and investigator study files
- Assist with protocol development for non-interventional studies and support study start-up and close-out activities
- Facilitate study meetings and ensure timely communication among research team members
Requirements
- Community College or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biological Sciences, or Health-related Sciences
- Minimum of three months of related research experience
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Epic EMR
- Skills in DNA/RNA extraction, cell separation, and cell culture
