About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with principal investigators.
- Manage a cluster randomized trial involving high-risk women and primary care providers, monitoring recruitment and data collection.
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to chemoprevention uptake and decision-making.
- Conduct equity-focused evaluations using the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR).
- Prepare progress reports, manuscripts for scientific journals, and presentations for conferences.
- Coordinate IRB compliance, including renewals, modifications, and annual progress reports.
- Assist with project finances, including managing external vendor invoices and payments.
- Participate in human-centered design activities, including usability testing and prototype evaluations for decision support tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
- 3 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency with MS Word and familiarity with Mac and PC platforms.
- HIPAA training certification.
- Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certificate.
- Conflict of Interest (COI) training certification.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience in research.
- Managerial skills to oversee and train part-time staff and research personnel.
- Knowledge of statistical software packages and qualitative research methodologies.
