About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver research nursing services to clinical trial participants during home visits
- Apply clinical research and nursing practices to address complex patient needs
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and study teams on education and resource support
- Serve as the subject matter expert on nursing processes for clinical studies
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, GCP, and SOPs
- Support operational development of decentralized nursing service delivery
Requirements
- Active RN licensure in home state and eligibility for Compact Licensure
- BSN degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years clinical or research experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Active Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel up to 100% for participant visits and professional meetings
- Physical ability to lift equipment up to 15 kg
- Full COVID vaccination strongly preferred
