Clinical Research Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide research nursing services to clinical trial participants during home visits
• Apply clinical research and nursing practices to address complex patient needs
• Collaborate with nursing and study teams on education, resource support, and solutioning
• Serve as subject matter expert on nursing processes for study teams
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, GCP, and SOPs
• Support operational development of decentralized nursing service delivery

Requirements

• Active RN licensure in home state and eligibility for Compact Licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Active Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel to participant homes with up to 100% travel as needed
• Physical ability to perform nursing tasks and lift equipment up to 15 kg
• Proficiency with technology for participant assessments and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred
• Minimum 2+ years clinical or research experience preferred
• Experience with multi-state nursing licensure based on study needs
• Mobile or home health nursing background
