Clinical Research Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical nursing care to study participants within the Clinical Pharmacology Research Unit
• Ensure strict adherence to departmental policies, nursing standards, and ICH/GCP guidelines
• Coordinate study activities and documentation in collaboration with Clinical Research Coordinators
• Perform physiological measurements including ECG, blood pressure, lung function testing, and venipuncture
• Manage subject assessments, including EEG registrations and polysomnographic recordings where applicable
• Maintain accurate medical data documentation in accordance with study protocols and case report forms (CRFs)
• Organize study-specific materials, medical devices, and clinical equipment
• Support study monitors and participate in study team sessions and initiation meetings

Requirements

• Completed nursing qualification (Registered Nurse, MTA, doctor's assistant, paramedic, or equivalent)
• Relevant experience in a hospital or medical/surgical setting
• Fluent German and good proficiency in written and oral English
• Proficiency with Windows Office applications
• Flexibility for shift work, including early, late, and night shifts
• Availability for weekend and holiday work
• Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork skills
