Clinical Research Nurse - Home Visits

Responsibilities

• Provide research nurse services to study participants in their homes
• Apply clinical research and nursing practices to solve complex problems
• Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses on education and resource support
• Serve as subject matter expert on nursing processes for study teams
• Ensure delivery of patient care in compliance with federal and state regulations, GCP, and SOPs
• Support operational development of decentralized nursing service delivery

Requirements

• Active RN licensure in home state and eligibility for Compact Licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Active Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel up to 100% for participant visits and meetings
• Physical ability to perform nursing tasks and lift equipment up to 15 kg
• Ability to use technology for participant assessments and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree
• Minimum 2+ years clinical or research experience
• Full COVID vaccination
• Ability to obtain nursing licenses in multiple states based on study needs
