About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple clinical trials from initiation to completion
- Ensure compliance with research protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines
- Recruit, enroll, and manage study participants
- Lead and mentor junior research staff, including CRCs and RAs
- Manage local team to meet quality and performance metrics
- Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical research projects
- Identify and mitigate strategic, operational, and regulatory risks
- Resolve conflicts within the research team and with external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, health-related, or business administration field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research
- At least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and clinical trial management software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD)
- CCRC or CCRP certification
