About the Company

CPQuali, now a QIMA company, is a clinical research center with national operations and a complete structure for conducting Phase II, III, and IV studies. Since 2020, we have conducted over 100 studies with more than 3,000 volunteers and an active database of 200,000 patients.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of research protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Learn ICH GCP and relevant national and international clinical trial regulations
• Assist in assembling medical records and source documents
• Maintain spreadsheets for patient care and internal control
• Assist in accounting for investigational products and concomitant medications
• Schedule visits and exams according to protocol windows
• Provide support and service to research participants
• Assist in preparing documentation for biological sample shipment
• Help assemble kits for biological sample collection under supervision
• Support the application of questionnaires to participants

Requirements

• Currently studying Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or related fields (from the 3rd semester onwards)
• Intermediate to advanced English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Proactivity and adaptability
• Basic knowledge in health sciences
