About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day study operations, including scheduling, protocol adherence, and coordination of assessments.
  • Support participant recruitment, screening, consent procedures, and ongoing communication to ensure retention.
  • Collect and manage clinical and research data, including gait, balance, cardiovascular measures, and activity monitoring.
  • Assist with treadmill training sessions, monitoring exercise intensity, and documenting training parameters.
  • Maintain IRB documentation and ensure strict adherence to study protocols and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with investigators and clinical partners across multiple sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with human subjects or clinical research, including participant interaction and data collection.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience with data entry and management systems such as REDCap.
  • Ability to work effectively with clinical populations, specifically individuals with neurological or mobility impairments.
  • Familiarity with research protocols and regulatory standards (e.g., IRB, HIPAA).
  • Background in exercise science, biomechanics, or rehabilitation.
