About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex clinical procedures including ECG, spirometry, vital signs, and sample collection
  • Conduct phlebotomy and process laboratory samples
  • Coordinate clinical research studies ensuring compliance with protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
  • Manage patient consenting and conduct study visits in accordance with protocols
  • Perform ambulatory blood pressure monitor (ABPM) procedures
  • Recruit, screen, and orient volunteers while ensuring participant safety
  • Collect and accurately record clinical data in case report forms (CRFs)
  • Collaborate with investigators and monitors to address queries and ensure data quality

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in phlebotomy
  • Working knowledge of clinical trials, GCP principles, and medical terminology
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to establish effective working relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in clinical research
  • Pediatric phlebotomy experience
  • Experience with CRIO
  • Experience with Allscripts/Altera EMR
