Clinical Research Coordinator III

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient activities for clinical studies within the Drug Development Program, including sample collection, processing, and shipment.
• Perform clinical assessments, vital signs, ECGs, and monitoring.
• Administer treatments in strict accordance with study protocols.
• Assist with clinical care for trial participants and manage data collection and source documentation following UHN policy and ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Collaborate with investigators and healthcare teams to ensure seamless study management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure/registration.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in oncology.
• Excellent phlebotomy, IV, and CVL skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

• CNA certification in Oncology.
• deSouza Chemo/Bio certification.
• Recognized certification in clinical research (ACRP or SOCRA).
• Previous clinical research experience.
• Training in ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Knowledge of IATA shipping regulations and basic laboratory procedures.
