Clinical Research Coordinator III

Responsibilities

• Manage complex clinical research protocols, including intensive assessments and multi-arm trials
• Oversee patient coordination, including screening, enrollment, and obtaining informed consent
• Perform clinical procedures such as blood draws (phlebotomy), vital signs, and ECGs
• Review laboratory and test results (e.g., MRIs) for completeness and alert values
• Maintain strict adherence to FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
• Coordinate site visits with Sponsors and CRO representatives
• Manage study documentation, medication inventory, and data entry in real-time
• Mentor and train junior Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC I and II)
• Assist with patient recruitment planning and execution

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Recent phlebotomy experience (required)
• Strong working knowledge of GCP and FDA regulations
• Excellent medical and research terminology knowledge
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 1 year of experience as a Care Access Research Clinical Research Coordinator
