Clinical Research Coordinator II - Nurse

Responsibilities

• Administratively and clinically manage industry-sponsored clinical trials including protocol management
• Lead patient recruitment activities, chart reviews, and informed consent verification
• Schedule patient research visits and conduct visits as outlined in study protocols
• Dispense study medication, collect vital signs, and perform ECGs
• Perform blood draws, process, and ship specimens per IATA regulations
• Administer IV medications, fluids, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections
• Maintain documentation in CTMS, including consent forms, source docs, and case report forms
• Act as the primary point of contact for study participants
• Adhere to Research SOPs, Good Clinical Practices, and study protocols
• Assist with routine data verification, quality control, and monitor visit preparation

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience
• Solid nursing background or willingness to specialize in GI
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply clinic policies and research protocols
• Proficiency with standard office software
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in phlebotomy
