Clinical Research Coordinator II - Nurse

Responsibilities

• Manage industry-sponsored clinical trials including protocol management and problem solving
• Lead patient recruitment, chart reviews, and informed consent verification
• Schedule and conduct patient research visits, procedures, and vital sign collection
• Dispense study medication, perform ECGs, and handle blood draws and specimen processing
• Administer IV medications, fluids, and injections according to protocol
• Maintain study documentation, CTMS entries, and investigational accountability forms
• Act as the primary point of contact for study participants
• Ensure data integrity through routine verification and quality control
• Coordinate with CROs, sponsors, and Principal Investigators

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience
• Experience with infusion administration
• Ability to read and interpret research protocols and clinic policies
• Proficiency with standard office software
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in phlebotomy
• Advanced knowledge or interest in GI specialty
