Clinical Research Coordinator II

Responsibilities

• Manage industry-sponsored clinical trials including protocol management and problem solving
• Lead patient recruitment activities, chart reviews, and informed consent verification
• Schedule and conduct patient research visits according to study protocols
• Dispense study medication, collect vital signs, and perform ECGs
• Perform blood draws, process, and ship specimens per IATA regulations
• Maintain high-quality data entry in CTMS and manage study documentation files
• Act as the primary point of contact for study participants
• Adhere to Research SOPs, Good Clinical Practices, and study protocols
• Coordinate with CROs, sponsors, and PIs to resolve routine issues
• Assist with data verification, quality control, and monitor visit preparation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience
• Mandatory experience with IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease)
• Medical Assistant, LPN, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or scientific discipline preferred
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret clinic policies and research protocols
• Proficiency with standard office software
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
