Clinical Research Coordinator II

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate and manage industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up through closeout
• Manage complex study visit schedules and protocol-related activities
• Lead patient recruitment and retention efforts including chart review and informed consent
• Conduct protocol-required patient visits, assessments, and clinical procedures such as phlebotomy and ECGs
• Process laboratory specimens and prepare shipments in accordance with IATA regulations
• Maintain accurate study documentation including source records, CTMS updates, and case report forms
• Ensure high-quality data entry and timely resolution of data queries
• Serve as the primary point of contact for study participants
• Support sponsor, CRO, and regulatory monitoring visits, audits, and inspections
• Maintain compliance with GCP, HIPAA, and institutional policies

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline
• 3-5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience
• Proficiency with standard office software applications
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• CCRC® (Certified Clinical Research Coordinator) or CCRP® (Certified Clinical Research Professional) certification
• Familiarity with CTMS or EDC systems
