Clinical Research Coordinator II

Responsibilities

• Screen, enroll, and monitor clinical research study subjects using Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
• Maintain adherence to FDA regulations and ICH guidelines
• Perform clinical procedures including blood draws, vital signs, and ECGs
• Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs)
• Manage study medication inventory and patient compliance
• Resolve data management queries and maintain accurate e-source documentation
• Assist with patient recruitment and development of recruitment materials
• Coordinate site visits with clinical staff and Sponsor/CRO representatives
• Mentor CRC I peers and provide onboarding guidance

Requirements

• 3 years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience
• Recent phlebotomy experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of medical and research terminology
• Proficiency with clinical trials databases, IVR systems, and EDC
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Care Access Research Clinical Research Coordinator
