Clinical Research Coordinator I - RN

Responsibilities

• Administratively and clinically manage industry-sponsored clinical trials
• Schedule patient research visits and procedures according to protocol
• Maintain study documentation including consent forms, source docs, and case report forms
• Lead patient recruitment activities, chart reviews, and informed consent verification
• Conduct patient visits, dispense study medication, and collect vital signs
• Perform blood draws, process specimens, and manage IATA regulations
• Administer IV medications, fluids, and injections as assigned
• Adhere to Research SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and study protocols
• Maintain communication with CROs, sponsors, and study participants

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience preferred
• Solid nursing background with interest in GI specialty
• Proficiency in standard office software and CTMS platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior GI or hepatology clinical research experience
• Familiarity with GCP guidelines and FDA regulations
• Experience with CTMS, EDC, or eTMF platforms
• ACRP or SOCRA certification (CCRC or CCRP)
