Clinical Research Coordinator I

Responsibilities

• Administratively and clinically manage industry-sponsored clinical trials and protocol management
• Schedule patient research visits and procedures in accordance with protocol requirements
• Maintain study documentation including consent forms, source documentation, and case report forms
• Lead patient recruitment activities, chart reviews, and informed consent verification
• Conduct patient visits, dispense study medication, collect vital signs, and perform ECGs
• Perform blood draws, process specimens, and manage IATA regulated shipping
• Administer IV medications, fluids, and injections as assigned by protocol
• Adhere to Research SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and FDA regulations
• Maintain ongoing communication with CROs, sponsors, and study participants

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in standard office software and CTMS platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical research experience
• Prior GI or hepatology clinical research experience
• Familiarity with GCP guidelines and FDA regulations
• Experience with CTMS, EDC, or eTMF platforms
• ACRP or SOCRA certification (CCRC or CCRP)
