Clinical Research Coordinator I

Responsibilities

• Administratively and clinically manage industry-sponsored clinical trials
• Schedule patient research visits and procedures according to protocol
• Maintain study documentation including consent forms, source docs, and case report forms
• Lead patient recruitment activities and conduct patient visits
• Dispense study medication, collect vital signs, and perform ECGs
• Perform blood draws, process, and ship specimens per IATA regulations
• Place IVs, administer medications, and monitor patients during infusion
• Adhere to Research SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and study protocols
• Maintain communication with CROs, sponsors, and research participants

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in standard office software and CTMS platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical research experience
• Prior GI or hepatology clinical research experience
• Familiarity with GCP guidelines and FDA regulations
• Experience with CTMS, EDC, or eTMF platforms
• ACRP or SOCRA certification (CCRC or CCRP)
