About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate investigator-initiated and sponsored clinical research studies from start-up to close-out
  • Manage study administration, including feasibility, ethics, governance approvals, and recruitment
  • Maintain compliance with ICH-GCP, NHMRC, TGA, and organizational research governance requirements
  • Oversee database management and data integrity, including REDCap setup and maintenance
  • Manage project-related finances, including invoices, payments, and budget tracking
  • Liaise with clinicians, investigators, sponsors, and CROs to support effective study delivery
  • Support laboratory and specimen handling processes where applicable

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in science, healthcare, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or in an equivalent role
  • Sound knowledge of ethics, governance, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Proficiency with REDCap and clinical research databases
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
