Clinical Research Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Screen, enroll, and monitor clinical research study subjects using Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
• Maintain adherence to FDA regulations and ICH guidelines
• Perform clinical procedures including blood draws, vital signs, and ECGs
• Review laboratory, ECG, and MRI results for completeness and alert values
• Manage study medication inventory, dispensation, and patient compliance
• Resolve data management queries and maintain accurate e-source documentation
• Assist with patient recruitment and development of recruitment materials
• Identify and report Adverse Events (AEs) and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs)
• Coordinate site visits with clinical staff and Sponsor/CRO representatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of prior Clinical Research Coordinator experience
• Recent phlebotomy experience required
• Strong knowledge of medical and research terminology
• Proficiency with clinical trials databases, IVR systems, and EDC
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent professional writing and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 year of experience as a Care Access Research Clinical Research Coordinator
