Clinical Research Coordinator Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute study procedures and demonstrate understanding of protocol requirements to ensure compliance.
• Anticipate and mitigate potential for protocol non-compliance.
• Manage specimen integrity, including collection, processing, packing, shipping, and tracking.
• Perform research sample processing using clinical lab equipment such as centrifuges and pipettes.
• Triage simple subject issues and provide study coordination support for oncology clinical trials.
• Maintain high-quality data collection and perform quality checks on work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Science or equivalent in combined education and clinical research experience.
• Professional certification through ACRP (CCRC) or SoCRA (CCRP), or an equivalent certification.
• Minimum 2 years of directly related experience in clinical research and clinical trials.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct related experience.
• Experience working in a large, complex healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology.
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff and faculty at all levels.
