About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the planning, initiation, and day-to-day execution of clinical research studies in accordance with study protocols and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain essential study documentation, including informed consent forms, medical history forms, and source documents.
  • Explain study procedures to research participants and obtain informed consent while ensuring subject eligibility.
  • Prepare study areas, test materials, and supplies required for study conduct.
  • Monitor research subjects' responses, document observations, and accurately record adverse events and study data.
  • Operate study-related instruments and equipment, ensuring proper data collection and documentation.
  • Maintain study files and administrative records in an inspection-ready condition.
  • Collaborate with investigators, project managers, and internal departments to communicate study progress and support reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the clinical industry (can be used as a substitute for a BS or BA).
  • Proficient computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in life sciences.
  • Current certification in Human Protections.
  • Current certification in Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
  • Current certification in Bloodborne Pathogens.
