Clinical Research Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate safety and efficacy research studies in accordance with protocols, company SOPs, and Good Clinical Practices
• Supervise, evaluate, and coordinate the activities of Clinical Research Assistants
• Oversee day-to-day clinical activities, including scheduling and maximizing study workflow
• Partner with the Recruitment Department to ensure research subjects meet specific entrance criteria
• Monitor test subjects' responses to treatment and communicate data and results to investigators
• Collaborate with Clinical Management to generate protocols, interim reports, and final reports
• Manage and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in life sciences preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in the clinical industry (may substitute for degree)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and crouching
• Effective communication skills for interacting with panelists and team members
