About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and coordinate safety and efficacy research studies in accordance with protocols, company SOPs, and Good Clinical Practices
- Supervise, evaluate, and coordinate the activities of Clinical Research Assistants
- Oversee day-to-day clinical activities, including scheduling and maximizing study workflow
- Partner with the Recruitment Department to ensure research subjects meet specific entrance criteria
- Monitor test subjects' responses to treatment and communicate data and results to investigators
- Collaborate with Clinical Management to generate protocols, interim reports, and final reports
- Manage and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in life sciences preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in the clinical industry (may substitute for degree)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and crouching
- Effective communication skills for interacting with panelists and team members
