Clinical Research Associate Virtual Event

Responsibilities

• Travel to study sites within the DACH region to conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits
• Communicate effectively with medical site staff, including coordinators and clinical research physicians
• Verify investigator qualifications, training, facilities, and equipment
• Perform medical record and research source documentation verification against case report forms
• Ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Manage medical device and/or investigational product/drug accountability and inventory
• Review adverse events, serious adverse events, and concomitant medications for accurate reporting
• Complete detailed monitoring reports and follow-up letters summarizing findings and required actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a health or science-related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or Clinical Research Nurse
• Ability to travel 60-70% within the DACH region
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
• Must currently reside in Germany with the full right to work

• Experience in clinical monitoring or transitioning from a clinical site role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
