Clinical Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct site monitoring visits including initiation, routine, and close-out
• Ensure quality and completeness of clinical data and eCRFs
• Manage protocol deviation tracking and CAPA management
• Maintain eTMF completeness ownership
• Monitor recruitment metrics and oversee timely query resolution
• Serve as the key operational contact for investigator sites
• Contribute to site feasibility and qualification
• Support visit planning and coordination with internal teams and vendors
• Implement tracking tools, dashboards, and internal process documentation

Requirements

• Scientific or paramedical degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, DU FIEC or equivalent)
• CRA or Clinical Research certification
• First experience or strong internship in clinical research
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical site operations
• Fluency in French and English
• Valid driving license with willingness to travel (~40% of the time)
