Clinical Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage site quality and delivery from site identification through close-out
• Act as the direct point of contact for assigned clinical sites to ensure protocol adherence
• Perform on-site and remote monitoring visits, including qualification and initiation visits
• Build and maintain professional relationships with investigators and site staff
• Evaluate site recruitment strategies and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and study protocols
• Monitor and maintain the integrity of study data and documentation within CTMS and TMF
• Assess and manage test article/study supply accountability and status
• Identify and resolve site-related issues, including documentation deficiencies and training needs

Requirements

• Proven site management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research
• Strong knowledge of clinical research methodology and terminology
• Degree in biological science, pharmacy, or a health-related discipline
• Nursing qualification or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with computer systems including CTMS, EDMS, and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to accommodate extensive travel requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a matrix or virtual team environment
• Advanced presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight
