Clinical Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all research portfolio activities within the Pediatrics - Transplant, Cellular Therapy and Heme Malignancies team
• Maintain real-time, up-to-date knowledge of all assigned research protocols
• Facilitate multidisciplinary coordination between data management, patient management, and regulatory oversight teams
• Communicate study progress to internal and external partners, identifying trends and implementing solutions
• Collaborate with physicians, research staff, and external partners to ensure seamless trial execution
• Perform diverse research-related functions using strong judgment and organizational skills

Requirements

• 1-2 years of clinical research experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple studies and competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency with research systems, databases, and standard office software
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving research environments
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
