Clinical Regional Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Streamline clinical operations processes and project team activities across the Asia Pacific region
• Act as the primary project management contact for project teams and support services
• Perform study status reviews, progress reporting, and collect updates for global stakeholders
• Develop and update project planning documents, essential study documents, and project manuals
• Ensure project timelines and subject enrollment targets are consistently met
• Oversee site selection, startup, and contractual/budget negotiations
• Supervise project teams, perform field training for monitors, and ensure compliance with training matrices
• Review site visit reports to ensure monitoring and reporting standards are met
• Oversee investigator and site payments and prepare teams for audits or inspections

Requirements

• MPharm, RN, or university degree in Life Sciences (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Minimum 4 years of site monitoring experience
• At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Monitor, preferably in a regional capacity
• Proven experience supervising clinical project activities and leading clinical project teams
• Full working proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Project
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in oncology, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, or rare disease indications
