About the role
Responsibilities
- Streamline clinical operations processes and project team activities across the Asia Pacific region
- Act as the primary project management contact for project teams and support services
- Perform study status reviews, progress reporting, and collect updates for global stakeholders
- Develop and update project planning documents, essential study documents, and project manuals
- Ensure project timelines and subject enrollment targets are consistently met
- Oversee site selection, startup, and contractual/budget negotiations
- Supervise project teams, perform field training for monitors, and ensure compliance with training matrices
- Review site visit reports to ensure monitoring and reporting standards are met
- Oversee investigator and site payments and prepare teams for audits or inspections
Requirements
- MPharm, RN, or university degree in Life Sciences (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum 4 years of site monitoring experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Monitor, preferably in a regional capacity
- Proven experience supervising clinical project activities and leading clinical project teams
- Full working proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Project
- Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in oncology, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, or rare disease indications
