Clinical Quality Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team
• Oversee Social Work Interns and mentor therapists in case formulation and psychodynamic techniques
• Ensure clinical documentation meets OMH Part 599 requirements
• Conduct regular chart audits to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
• Lead high-risk case consultation meetings and incident review processes
• Manage therapist caseloads, service levels, and service utilization
• Collaborate with the Psychoanalytic Institute to integrate psychodynamic training

Requirements

• Active NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-R) or Licensed Psychologist
• SIFI (Seminar in Field Instruction) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Deep understanding of NYS OMH Part 599 MHOTRS regulations and Medicaid requirements
• Experience or training within a psychoanalytic or psychodynamic institute
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Microsoft Office
