Clinical Psychologist

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and contribute to individualized rehabilitation plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions such as CBT and neuropsychological rehabilitation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team colleagues including OT, physio, nursing, and speech & language therapy
• Provide staff training, reflective practice sessions, and supervision to psychology assistants
• Support discharge planning and liaise with external partners like NHS trusts and community services
• Participate in outcome measurement, service audits, and evidence-based practice initiatives

Requirements

• HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist
• Experience working within adult neuropsychology or brain injury rehab settings
• Skilled in psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in an MDT

Preferred Qualifications

• NHS experience in neurorehab
• Prior experience with hydrotherapy, BoTox clinics, or complex dependency rehabilitation
• Interest in service development, audit, or staff training
