Requirements
HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist, Doctoral-level training in Clinical Psychology (BPS-accredited), Knowledge of psychometrics and cognitive assessments
About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist psychological assessments, including psychometrics and cognitive evaluations
- Deliver tailored interventions using a range of psychological models and approaches
- Work collaboratively with service users, families, and professionals to develop care plans
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
- Offer consultation and advice to colleagues across the service
Requirements
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
- Doctoral-level training in Clinical Psychology (BPS-accredited)
- Knowledge of psychometrics and cognitive assessments
- Experience working across the lifespan in core specialties
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Learning Disabilities
- Training in research methodology or staff training
- Experience in teaching, supervision, or working in diverse cultural contexts
