About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide individual counselling to students
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis support
- Develop treatment plans and maintain confidential clinical records
- Collaborate with academic and student support teams to enhance student wellbeing
- Facilitate mental health awareness programs and psychoeducational workshops
- Refer students to external healthcare providers when appropriate
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
- Valid DOH License as a Clinical Psychologist (mandatory)
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience within the UAE
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a school, college, or university setting
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and case management skills
