Clinical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage global clinical trials from startup through closeout, ensuring quality in accordance with protocol and ICH GCP guidelines
• Lead and manage integration of project team activities and optimize CRO resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver studies on time and within budget
• Provide leadership for global patient recruitment plans
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including CROs and clinical site staff
• Author key study documents such as protocols, informed consent forms, and clinical study reports
• Manage vendors by serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring contract compliance
• Oversee clinical trial master files (TMF) and ensure inspection readiness for regulatory audits
• Support the preparation of regulatory filings including IND and NDA

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in clinical research
• 1-2 years of experience managing trials in the biotech/pharma industry
• BA/BS in a scientific or health-related discipline
• Experience managing global Phase I-III clinical trials
• Strong working knowledge of GCP/ICH regulations
• Experience navigating global study startup and site selection processes
• Ability to manage clinical study budgets, accruals, and forecasting
• Experience in vendor selection and CRO oversight
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Tenured experience in late-phase clinical trials within biotech/pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in Oncology therapeutic areas
