Clinical Project Manager, Oncology

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of regional clinical studies, optimizing for speed, quality, and cost.
• Develop and implement integrated study management plans in collaboration with the core project team.
• Serve as a primary or backup point of contact for clients to foster strong, collaborative relationships.
• Build and guide cross-functional project teams to ensure effective communication and milestone achievement.
• Monitor study progress, proactively manage risks, and drive timely issue resolution.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, scope management, and revenue optimization.
• Ensure strict adherence to ICH GCP, local regulations, and company SOPs.
• Participate in bid defense presentations and contribute to study strategy development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant clinical research experience.
• At least 1 year of direct project management experience.
• Proven experience in Oncology clinical trials.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of project financials, including budgets and contractual obligations.
